Currently we are seeking to hire a Sales Manager for the Icebox Flagship store in Atlanta. You must have the willingness to go above and beyond - always for the customers and the company.
The salary is $150,000 - $200,000 per year + Bonus, depending on experience!
Responsibilities:
- Meet/exceed monthly and annual sales goals and CRM goals
- Ability to create a strategic schedule
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by communicating with an understanding of customers’ needs
- Maintain Icebox standards including replenishment and presentation as well as the general appearance and cleanliness of the store
- Develop successful CRM by capturing client’s information
- Handle each customer’s transaction professionally, efficiently and accurately
- Navigate POS systems and ability to process a sale
- Resolve customer inquiries/complaints
- Exceed all expectations and flexible to the daily changes of the position
- Work with leadership to ensure consistent lead generation
- Training new salespeople to ensure success
- Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver feedback
- Work with leadership to generate ideas for sales contests and motivational initiatives
- Track sales team metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis
- Coach and develop direct reports
- Implement performance plans according to company procedure
- Embody company culture and maintain high sales employee engagement
- Meet pre-determined revenue goals through the activities of direct reports
- Strong intrapersonal skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ten years in a sales representative role; with five years of prior management experience in Diamond Jewelry and Watches.

Standard Hours of Operation are Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 6:30pm, but managers usually stay a little later after closing.
